Fernando Castelo Branco, criminal lawyer with over 30 years of experience, is a partner at Castelo Branco Advogados Associados, holds a Master’s degree and is a Doctoral candidate in Criminal Procedural Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). He is a director at the Center for Studies of Law Firms (CESA) since 2009, where he coordinated the Criminal Studies Committee. He is also a professor at PUC-SP and was the post-graduate coordinator in Corporate Criminal Law at the Public Law Institute of São Paulo (IDP-SP).
He was State Counselor of the São Paulo Bar Association for four terms and president of the Selection and Enrollment Committee, as well as a member of the II Court of Ethics and coordinator of the Escola Superior de Advocacia (ESA). He is the author of “The legal entity in the criminal process”, as well as several articles and legal studies published in periodicals.
