Fernanda
de Almeida Carneiro

Fernanda de Almeida Carneiro, a criminal lawyer with over 10 years of experience, is a partner at Castelo Branco Advogados Associados, holds a bachelor’s degree from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado (FAAP) and a postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Since 2015 she has been the coordinator of the Criminal Committee at the Center for the Study of Law Firms (CESA).

She was part of the Selection and Enrollment Committee of the São Paulo Bar Association and acted as an advisor to the 4th Chamber of Appeals between 2013 and 2018. She served for several years as a professor for the postgraduate course in and Corporate Criminal Law at the Public Law Institute of São Paulo (IDP-SP). She is the author of several articles and legal studies published in periodicals.
